Direct Aid for Africa has the slogan: Giving a little Back.No Distance too far. No Hurdle too high. Direct Aid gives everything back. It doesn't hold onto anything at all for administration, wages or running costs. All of these are voluntary. Everyone involved in these activities do so at their own expense.  Every penny raised is spent in trying to improve the lives of people in the Third World through a range of projects focusing on health care, education and self help. DAFA is non political and non sectarian. It operates predominantly in Zambia where it battles endemic poverty and a rampant Aids epidemic.
