WINE WRITING

I have contributed wine columns to many publications over the past ten years. These range from The Investor, Uncorked in the Cork Evening Echo, the Wine Crossword for Wine Ireland and analysis for Checkout. Currently I am the drinks columnist for www.greatfood.ie and Checkout Magazines.

WINE SCHOOL

Twice a year I run Wine Appreciation courses for the public. Beside allowing me an opportunity to teach, these keep my taste buds sharp and up to speed with what the consumer is thinking and drinking. I have been giving courses for the past twenty years and really am passionate about how useful wine education is in driving the Irish wine trade forward.
